Together with Scen & Film and Dramatikerförbundet we gather at Soho House to finish the day. The Swedish Union for Performing Arts and Film (Scen & Film) represents performers and creative professionals. The evening includes a cocktail and a conversation held in Swedish. The Writers Guild of Sweden (Dramatikerförbundet) organizes screenwriters, playwrights and translators of dramatic text.

The Panel:

AI, platforms like TikTok, and reduced funding are reshaping the conditions for many working in film and TV drama. What will films and TV drama look like in the future, and how can filmmakers, screenwriters, and directors make a living from their craft in a time of new formats and shrinking resources?

Participants in the discussion include Tove Forsman, screenwriter (Young Royals), Carl Javér, film director (Reconstruction Utøya), and Iga Mikler, cinematographer (Ruset). The moderator is Gunnar Eriksson, screenwriter.

The conversation will be introduced by Christina Olofson, film director and vice chair of Scen & Film.
